Aavalabs began in Helsinki in 2011, founded by Otso Kääriäinen. Its own history follows a Finnish family business becoming an international team, while keeping Nordic nature as a recurring visual reference. That identity is a starting point for the brand rather than proof that every ingredient grows or every bottle is made in Finland. The collection is organised around individual supplement formulas. Vegan Omega 3 from Algae offers a concrete example: DHA and EPA sourced from microalgae, presented in softgels with vitamin E. The ingredient source, capsule shell and stated serving distinguish it from the house’s fish-oil formulas.
