Get to know Airthings.
The company began in 2008 as Corentium, after scientists who had worked at CERN saw room to change the way homeowners measured radon. The first consumer product followed in 2011, and the Airthings name arrived in 2016. The range later moved beyond a single reading to include particles, carbon dioxide and other indoor conditions. View Plus brings that development into an oval white object with an ePaper display. It can sit on a shelf or mount on a wall, with a battery option that avoids making a visible cable essential. The software holds the longer record, while the object keeps a small set of readings within the room.

What catches our eye.
Airthings fits Home through the relationship between the room and a discreet measuring object. The white enclosure and low-power display avoid a dashboard-like presence. Its relevance comes from the readings it collects and the care taken with placement and initial calibration.
