Its collection connects industrial production with the expressive language of individual creators. The 9093 kettle is a particularly direct example: Michael Graves turns a familiar kitchen task into a composition of geometry, colour and playful detail.
Official history
Giovanni Alessi and his brother established the business in 1921. From metalworking roots, Alessi developed a collection in which household functions meet the individual languages of invited designers. The kettle belongs to that dialogue between an everyday task and a recognisable silhouette.
