Blume’s starting point is the drink you make for yourself. Founder Karen built a collection around powders that can become a latte, a cold drink or part of a recipe, with a bright visual language that belongs on a kitchen shelf. The Canadian brand now offers several different types of blends, so names and formulas deserve individual attention. The Vanilla Chai selected here combines black tea, coconut and spices with mushroom powders. It is a distinct recipe, not a description of every product sold under the Blume name.
