Siblings Jin and Kevin Chon founded Coop in 2013. Coop describes its starting point as frustration with pillows that could not be adapted to different preferences. Its Original Adjustable Pillow made removable filling the centre of the proposition, before the range expanded into other pillow shapes, sheets and bedding. The Adjustable Latex Pillow continues that approach with a mixture of cut latex and polyester microfibre. The important link across the collection is the ability to alter the contents, rather than a single fixed pillow height.
