THE BRAND’S POINT OF VIEW

Dilmah: origin & history.

Merrill J. Fernando built Dilmah around tea from Sri Lanka, with his sons Dilhan and Malik woven into the family story. Alongside its everyday collections, the house explores particular estates and seasonal harvests. Uva Seasonal Flush gives that idea a precise place and moment: Aislaby Estate in the Uva region, for the 2026 Orchid Harvest edition. The tea is presented in a numbered caddy inside a hinged bamboo box. This is a way to approach the range through a harvest and its preparation, rather than through a generic black-tea label.

BEFORE YOU EXPLORE

A closer look.

What catches our eye.

A seasonal tea is worth choosing for its origin and tasting character. The 2026 edition is a specific harvest; later seasons may differ even when the collection name remains familiar.
