Hush is a Canadian bedding brand that grew from weighted blankets into a wider collection for the bedroom. Pillows, sheets and mattresses now sit alongside its original emphasis on tactile rest accessories. Hush: origin & history.
Aaron Spivak and Lior Ohayon built Hush around weighted blankets before expanding into other parts of the bedroom. In a joint interview, the founders describe combining their experience of these blankets with an online retail business in Canada. The range subsequently developed through bedding and pillows as well as mattresses. The Hybrid Pillow brings together two filling types—adaptive foam and a down alternative—inside a removable cover. It is a useful way to understand Hush’s approach through a small piece of bedding whose height and amount of filling can be adjusted, without replacing the entire pillow.

The Hush Hybrid Adjustable Cooling Pillow combines adaptive foam with down-alternative filling inside a removable bamboo-viscose cover. Add or remove filling to change its loft and feel, then close the cover before use. This is one Standard pillow, measuring 26 × 20 inches, approximately 66 × 51 cm; the King size and two-pillow packs are separate choices. The removable cover can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle. Hang it to dry, or tumble dry on low as instructed; these directions apply to the cover. Compare the dimensions with your pillowcase and adjust the filling gradually to find the height you prefer.

Hush’s Cloud comforter gives cotton the softly irregular look of a linen weave. The Fog grey fabric is prewashed twice, with a 300 gsm polyester filling held inside the 100% cotton shell. This Full/Queen version measures 94 × 90 inches, making the dimensions worth checking against your bed and the drop you prefer. Its generous folds and understated stitched edges let the fabric do the work visually. Wash on a cold gentle cycle and tumble dry on low; ironing, bleach and dry cleaning are excluded.
