Harneet Jayakar’s search for a suitable yoga mat became the starting point for Kosha Yoga Co., created with Alok in Mumbai in 2017. The collection places attention on the objects that travel with a practice, from mats to cushions. Its story also describes sewing work with women in Dharavi. Dhyana brings that textile approach into a square padded seat that folds in half and carries by handles. Ivory & Ink combines a light quilted centre with dark patterned edges, making the folded object as recognisable as its opened shape.
