Quiet Mind

Quiet Mind explores a compact alternative to the weighted blanket: a cushion made to hold. Founded by Mikey Goldman, the American brand gives its weighted pillows rounded shapes, tactile covers and a place on the sofa or bed.

THE BRAND’S POINT OF VIEW

Quiet Mind: origin & history.

Mikey Goldman founded Quiet Mind in 2023 after finding a weighted blanket inconvenient to move around. His idea shifted the weight into a smaller, huggable object that could travel from sofa to bed. The Original Weighted Pillow became the centre of the American brand, followed by other sizes and shapes. Its design story is about the physical experience of holding a cushion; a clinical benefit is not needed to understand the object.
