S&B Tea Pot — Light Blue, 1.4 L

Light Blue brings a quiet wash of colour to the tea table. Scholten & Baijings designed this porcelain teapot in 2012 for Colour Porcelain, a collection that reworks the historical colours of Arita ceramics. A pale blue cylindrical body meets a white lid and a high curved handle, while the short spout keeps the outline compact. Its stated 1.4 litre capacity suits tea shared between several people; the body measures 150 mm in diameter and 125 mm high. The cups, plates and food in the styled photograph are separate from the teapot.

TY Palace Plate Grey 220 →

Fine radial ridges and a flower-like edge give TY Palace Plate its textured, light-grey surface. Teruhiro Yanagihara designed it for 1616 / arita japan’s Standard collection in Arita porcelain. The Grey 220 reference measures 227 mm across and 23.5 mm high in the official list, making the actual dimensions more useful than the model number when planning a place setting.
