Cure multivitamines+ contains 60 capsules, corresponding to 30 days at the maker’s two-capsule daily serving. The current formula combines vitamins including C, B3, D3 and B12 with magnesium, iron, zinc and selenium, plus rhodiola, spirulina and acacia fibre. The capsule shell is hypromellose. Take with water, preferably in the morning and with food if sensitive to zinc. The brand advises against use under 18 and during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount; supplements do not replace a varied diet. This is the current multivitamin formula, distinct from the former anti-fatigue version.
