Alcoa Pitcher — Grey, 1 L

Alcoa makes a small change of glaze do much of the work. The pitcher’s grey exterior is matt, while the inside has a glossy grey finish, giving its simple cylindrical shape a subtle contrast. Designed by Helle Herman of Herman Studio, its broad handle gives the collection a recognisable outline. The one-litre pitcher is made from Portuguese stoneware in Portugal, a connection reflected in its name after the Alcobaça region. It measures 21 cm high and 11 cm in diameter and is dishwasher safe. Use it for water at the table or let the shape stand on display between meals.
