Himalayan Lime is a lemon-and-lime flavoured electrolyte food supplement in a box of 20 sticks. The current label lists sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, alongside vitamins C and B12, zinc and chromium. Steviol glycosides provide sweetness. Mix one sachet with 500–1,000 ml water; the label specifies adult use and warns that it may contain milk and nuts. Do not exceed the daily recommendation or use it instead of a varied diet.
