Lovely Night — 100 g

Lovely Night brings rooibos and honeybush together with cinnamon and pear flavour in a caffeine-free infusion. The loose blend in a 100 g tin makes preparation part of the pause: the brand suggests water at 100 °C and five to seven minutes of steeping. It contains liquorice; people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption. We select it for its flavour and ritual, without claiming it treats sleep problems.
