Stoneware Rectangular Baking Dishes — Dark Blue, Set of Three

Three nesting stoneware dishes cover different scales of oven cooking, from a small side dish to a family lasagne. Staub's Dark Blue set pairs glossy blue exteriors with pale interiors and broad side handles, so the same dish can move from preparation to serving. The set includes 7.5 × 6-inch, 10.5 × 7.5-inch and 13 × 9-inch formats. Each has a vitreous porcelain-enamel finish and is dishwasher and microwave safe; the stated oven limit is 570°F, approximately 299°C. Designed in France, these are stoneware bakers rather than the brand's cast-iron cocottes. Their nested arrangement takes less cupboard space than three separate footprints.
