Magnesium Bisglycinate — 120 capsules

This 120-capsule bottle contains magnesium bisglycinate in a plant-based HPMC capsule. Each capsule supplies 75 mg of elemental magnesium; the 750 mg figure refers to the bisglycinate compound, not pure magnesium. The manufacturer recommends two capsules daily for adults. Do not exceed the labelled dose. Food supplements do not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Seek professional advice during pregnancy, breastfeeding, with kidney disease or when taking medication, and keep away from children.
