Teministeriet’s Cinnamon Lemon Balm Organic pairs 28% cinnamon with 10% lemon balm in a caffeine-free infusion. Liquorice root, lemongrass, orange peel and peppermint complete the organic blend, adding sweetness, citrus and a fresh finish. The cylindrical pack contains twenty pyramid sachets of 1.5 g. Infuse for five to eight minutes in 100°C water. The blend contains liquorice: people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption, as stated on the product. Its ingredient list gives a fuller picture than the cinnamon-and-lemon-balm name alone.
