Together Health's current Vitamin B12 combines organic shiitake mushroom powder with oyster and shiitake mushroom extract in a vegetable-cellulose capsule. Each capsule supplies 20 micrograms of B12 in methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin forms. The 30-capsule pouch follows a one-a-day format, with or without food. Reseal it after use, keep it cool and dry, and use within 60 days of opening. The manufacturer advises consulting a doctor when taking medication or living with a medical condition, and keeping to the stated intake unless a practitioner directs otherwise.
