GRID 1.0 Foam Roller · Black

The black GRID 1.0 roller measures 33 cm long and approximately 14 cm across. An EVA foam surface covers a rigid hollow core. The alternating flat, ridged and nodular areas create different points of contact as the cylinder rolls. Use it on a stable floor and adjust body position to keep pressure comfortable, following the brand’s demonstrations. The maker gives a maximum supported weight of 300 lb, approximately 136 kg. Its water- and sweat-resistant foam can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Let the surface dry before storing.
