The Halo Pilates Magic Circle Ring —Black

Yogi Bare’s The Halo is a 13 inch Pilates resistance ring with a fibreglass core encased in soft foam. Padded handles on opposite sides give the hands or legs defined contact points for controlled pressing exercises. Its slim black circle is lightweight enough to move between home and studio sessions. The combination of a springy ring and cushioned grips offers a different kind of movement from mat work alone, with the resistance created by how firmly you press the ring.

This Chocolate version measures 180 × 66 cm and is 5 mm thick; the separate 8 mm option is a different choice. The natural-rubber construction has a matte upper face and a broad, uninterrupted practice area. Use it as a floor surface for Pilates and controlled mat exercises, following instruction appropriate to the movement. For routine care, spot-clean with a damp cloth.
