Steve Schwartz founded Art of Tea in 2004 after years of studying plants and travelling to tea-producing regions. The project began on a small scale in his living room before developing into a tea-blending business in the Los Angeles area. Its collection combines single-origin leaves and botanical infusions. Egyptian Chamomile offers a simple expression of that range: whole chamomile flowers, a clear origin and a measured preparation, with no need for a complicated blend.
