Egyptian Chamomile is an infusion of organic chamomile flowers from Egypt. The selected 4 oz zip pouch is the larger loose-flower format, distinct from the 1 oz tin. Its floral character suits a hot drink without tea leaves or caffeine. Art of Tea recommends one tablespoon of flowers per 8 oz, approximately 237 ml, of water at 206°F, about 97°C, steeped for five to seven minutes. Strain before serving and close the pouch after use.
