Athflex: origin & history.
Before Athflex became a collection, it was a project shared by two brothers. Founder Andrew Leo dates its beginning to 2019, recalling a one-room apartment, door-to-door sales and parcels they shipped themselves. His work training clients in the gym placed him close to the people he hoped to dress. That starting point still shapes the brand’s stated direction: training clothes developed with Indian athletes, warm conditions and movement in mind. Based in Ahmedabad today, Athflex builds a wardrobe around compression tops, tanks, joggers and looser everyday pieces. Edge shows the close-fitting side of that wardrobe. Its round neck, short sleeves and curved seams give the stretchy polyester-and-elastane fabric a defined outline. In Neon Yellow, the otherwise simple shape becomes a strong block of colour. Alongside these fitted pieces, the wider collection explores oversized cuts and washed finishes, giving the brand a vocabulary that extends beyond a single gym uniform.
