Balanced Body: origin & history.
A Pilates instructor visiting Ken Endelman’s Hollywood furniture workshop asked him to build a Reformer. The request redirected his work toward exercise equipment in 1976, under the name Current Concepts. The business moved from Los Angeles to Sacramento in 1980 and adopted Balanced Body in 1998. That workshop history still informs the collection’s attention to adjustable parts and practical construction. Pilates Arc expresses the same interest in a different material: a light foam form with an asymmetric curve and removable foot, made to be repositioned during practice.

What catches our eye.
Pilates Arc makes a sculptural shape useful through repositioning. Its separate foot offers several arrangements, while the exercise guide is important for understanding how each one is used.
