Pilates Arc

Pilates Arc is an asymmetric high-density foam form with a removable foot. It measures approximately 96.5 × 39.4 × 26.7 cm and weighs about 1.8 kg, making it movable between a mat and storage. The curved body and separate foot can be positioned for the exercises in the downloadable guide. Reformer use depends on the equipment and the maker’s setup instructions. Clean with gentle soap and water or the recommended cleaner; harsh chemicals may damage the foam. Inspect the form before use and follow the exercise guidance rather than improvising unsupported positions.
