Melanie Lawson’s founder story gives Bare Biology a personal starting point, but the useful comparison is on the label. The British brand develops fish-oil supplements in several formats, with distinct liquid, regular-capsule and mini-capsule versions. Life & Soul Daily is our selected example because its formulation, capsule count and packaging can be described precisely.
