Established in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2013, Gazzda combines in-house design with a close attention to wooden construction. Its furniture often appears light despite substantial material, using rounded edges, slender supports and open space around the structure. Chairs and tables sit alongside storage and smaller pieces, allowing the same attention to wood to extend through a home. Colour is another tool: a pigmented frame can reveal the geometry of a chair in a different way from a natural finish. The result connects workshop knowledge with a relaxed contemporary interior.
