JING: origin & history.
Ed Eisler created JING in 2004 around an interest in Asian tea cultures and the people who grow and make tea. The British house presents gardens, cultivars and brewing tools alongside its leaves, making preparation part of the experience. Jade Sword gives that approach an approachable expression: a spring-picked green tea from Zhejiang, with the producer and garden described rather than hidden behind a generic green-tea blend.
