Jade Sword™ — 100 g Loose Leaf
Jade Sword is a loose-leaf green tea from Jingshan in Zhejiang, China, offered here in the 100 g refill pouch. JING identifies the Quntizhong cultivar and tea maker Ye Xiaojiang, with spring picking at around 500 metres. Its tasting profile moves from cut grass and fresh spring greens to a savoury edamame note. These are tasting descriptions, not added ingredients. For a 250 ml cup, use 4 g of leaves with water at 80°C and infuse for three minutes. The leaves can be brewed twice more.
