Keith Wilson began sharing cacao at gatherings on his porch in Guatemala in 2003. The brand’s account describes how this became a wider practice of preparing and sharing the drink, with a local team in San Marcos la Laguna learning the production methods. That community remains central to Keith’s Cacao today. The collection focuses on cacao itself, in large and smaller bars, alongside tools and ways to prepare it. The large 454 g bar contains cacao paste without added sugar or other ingredients, leaving the drinker to choose the concentration and any additions.
