Keith’s Cacao Large Bar contains 454 g of cacao paste, with nothing added or removed according to the brand’s ingredient description. It is not a sweetened drinking-chocolate mix. Chop a portion from the bar and whisk it thoroughly into hot water; the package’s preparation example uses 28 g with 200 ml of water. Add spices or a sweetener only to your own preference. Cacao naturally contains theobromine and some caffeine. Keep the bar in a cool, dry, dark place and seal it well after opening. The cup in the photograph shows a preparation; this selection is the large bar.
