Leaves and Flowers: origin & history.
Anna Morton and Emily Erb founded Leaves and Flowers in Berkeley, California, in 2014. Their collection places the visible form of leaves, flowers and botanicals at the centre of the drinking ritual, alongside both tea and herbal infusions. Signature Earl Grey carries that sensibility into a familiar style. It combines Yunnan black tea with Sicilian bergamot oil and dried peel, using a short ingredient list to build a distinct citrus character.

What catches our eye.
The blend is visually legible as well as aromatic: dark tea leaves and pieces of citrus peel remain recognisable. Its hot and cold recipes make the same tea useful across different moments of the day.
