LILY DIA: origin & history.

A ring can begin with a sketch, a favourite stone shape or a conversation about how it will be worn. LILY DIA gives that exchange a central place. Brie and Jared guide couples through the design, from choosing a lab-grown diamond or moissanite to refining a setting in a 3D preview before production. The studio works online, with consultations by phone, video or email rather than a public showroom. Its team is based between Melbourne and New Zealand, and the brand says it works with jewellers in Melbourne and Auckland. Jared brings more than a decade of jewellery experience, while Brie accompanies the client through the decisions that turn a design into a personal piece. Alongside fully bespoke work, named designs such as Katy offer a starting point: an oval solitaire turned across the finger, with metal, band and setting options to discuss.

Katy — Oval East-West Solitaire →

Katy turns the oval solitaire east-west, placing the stone across the finger rather than along it. The horizontal line gives this familiar engagement-ring form a different balance, held above a slender gold band. The official image shows an 18k yellow-gold version with a 1.8 mm band, a high basket setting and an approximately 10 × 8 mm centre stone. LILY DIA offers the design with a lab-grown diamond or moissanite; the pictured proportions do not identify the exact stone to be supplied. Metal, band width and setting options are selected with the studio. A 3D preview allows the details to be reviewed before production. Ask for a complete quotation including the chosen gemstone: the configurator’s setting amount is not the price of the finished ring.

Online collection

Consultations take place online by phone, video or email; LILY DIA does not operate a public showroom. Start with a named design or discuss a bespoke ring with Brie and Jared. Confirm the gemstone, metal, ring size, setting height and total quotation before payment, then review the 3D design and approval deadline before production. Public configurator amounts may cover the setting only. The published policy excludes change-of-mind returns on made-to-order pieces; rights concerning faults or a mismatch with agreed specifications remain separate.

LILY DIA advertises worldwide delivery with tracking and insurance. It estimates four to six weeks of production after design approval and the required payment, and generally six to eight weeks from the first conversation to delivery. Timing depends on the design and destination; confirm any event date before ordering. Overseas import duties and local charges may apply unless included in the checkout or invoice. Ask the studio to confirm delivery to your address and the final costs.
