THE BRAND’S POINT OF VIEW

Get to know Lumio.

Max Gunawan founded Lumio in a small San Francisco workshop in 2012. Its first project, Lito, turned the familiar form of a book into an interactive light. The collection has since expanded into other domestic objects and furniture, retaining an interest in physical gestures, adaptable functions and unexpected moments within everyday routines.

BEFORE YOU EXPLORE

A closer look.

What catches our eye.

Lito’s appeal comes from the action of opening it. The transformation from a closed book to a luminous fan is immediate, giving portable lighting a particularly intuitive gesture.
