THE BRAND’S POINT OF VIEW

Get to know Magis.

Chair_One makes the relationship between design and manufacturing unusually visible. Konstantin Grcic used die-cast aluminium to build a faceted, open seat whose geometry resembles a structural drawing. It exemplifies Magis’s interest in material processes: the technique does more than produce a familiar shape efficiently; it opens the possibility of another kind of shape altogether.

BEFORE YOU EXPLORE

A closer look.

What catches our eye.
