Get to know Nappa Dori.
Gautam Sinha’s interest in leather led Nappa Dori from a first store in Delhi’s Hauz Khas Village into a wider world of travel objects. The brand brings Indian craft sensibilities into forms associated with journeys: trunks, shoulder bags, organisers and weekend luggage. Material contrasts carry much of the identity. Canvas gives a bag its broad surface, leather reinforces handles and edges, while hardware makes closures visible. The Hitchhiker keeps this vocabulary close to daily use, balancing a roomy central compartment with smaller pockets. It is the relationship between material, organisation and carrying that gives the object its appeal.

What catches our eye.
The interest is in the working details rather than a decorative travel reference: pocket access, an adjustable strap and the meeting of canvas with leather.
