Pirwi presented its first furniture collection at the Galería Mexicana de Diseño in 2007. Collaboration remains central to its approach, bringing designers with different practices into a collection made through the brand’s own workshop. Wood, woven surfaces and precise structural relationships give many pieces a recognisable clarity. The Desierto family connects that contemporary language with references to the desert landscape, combining craft and industrial processes. The interest lies in the construction of an individual object as much as in the wider design story.
