Slip
Slip is an Australian silk-accessory brand whose story began with a pillowcase and grew into a collection of simply shaped bedtime textiles.
Slip: origin & history.
The starting point was a piece of silk around a pillow. Fiona Stewart’s search for a silk pillowcase led to Slip, developed with Justin from their living room in 2004. The Australian business has since extended its textile vocabulary to eye masks, hair accessories and other pieces. The continuity is in the material and the clean outlines, not in a single colour palette. Our white sleep mask returns to that restraint: a small, curved textile object, with silk carried through the outer fabric, lining and filling.
