Golden Harvest Handmade Green Tea

Golden Harvest is a handmade Ceylon green tea in Basilur's Artisan collection. The maker describes young leaves and buds heated promptly after picking, rolled by hand and gently dried. The preparation limits oxidation and leaves the green tea's vegetal character at the centre of the cup. Its official photographs show the dark rolled leaf beside a pale green-gold infusion and the matching metal canister. Use a suitable infuser and follow the preparation instructions supplied with the tea; keep the container closed and away from moisture. This is loose green tea, with caffeine, rather than a herbal infusion or instant drink.
