Fitness Circle Pro · 14 inch · Black

Fitness Circle Pro Black in the 14-inch size is a spring-steel ring with foam grips on both the inside and outside. Its diameter is 35.5 cm and the maker describes a firm resistance for upper- and lower-body exercises. The grips provide contact points for hands, ankles or legs, according to the chosen exercise. Use the official instruction material to position it and keep movements controlled. Wipe with diluted mild soap and water, rinse and dry completely before use. Inspect the ring and grips regularly; do not use it when worn, broken or damaged.
