Magnesium Bisglycinate — 60 Capsules

Momentous Magnesium Bisglycinate provides a measured mineral supplement in a sixty-capsule bottle. The labelled portion is two capsules, supplying 200 mg of elemental magnesium as bisglycinate, rather than 200 mg of the whole compound. The rest of the formula is hypromellose, silica, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose. The instructions suggest taking it 30–60 minutes before bed.
