Superior Blend is a matcha from Uji, Kyoto, made with Japanese green tea powder and no added sweetener. The photographed tin contains 40 g, also labelled 1.4 oz, matching the smallest single-pack variant. Naoki describes a mellow profile with some umami and low bitterness, suited to whisked tea or lattes. A 2 g serving makes 20 portions from the tin. Sift before whisking to break up clumps, then add water and milk to suit the recipe.
