Grand Yunnan Impérial Bio from Palais des Thés is a Chinese black tea with a rounded, honeyed character. Its copper-coloured infusion has a smooth texture, with leather-like and floral notes. Thé du Hammam is a scented green tea offered here in a 100 g metal tin, SKU DV861X. The recipe lists green tea from China at 94%, flavourings including strawberry at 2%, and blue mallow, red rose and sunflower petals at 3%. Its tasting character combines floral and red-fruit notes, with green date and orange-blossom associations in the house’s description. Those are aromatic notes, not a list of added fruit pieces.
