Owalo 7020 Table Lamp — Black Laminated

Owalo 7020 turns wooden slats into a slender light for a bedside or window sill. Seppo Koho designed the lamp in 2011, using a narrow curved shade held by a fine steel frame. This version combines black-laminated birch slats with a black powder-coated stand and black cable. Handmade in Finland, the lamp measures 50 cm high, 7 cm wide and 30 cm deep; the round base measures 13 cm across. Its built-in LED is non-dimmable, with the switch on the three-metre cable. Dust regularly and wipe fresh marks with a slightly damp cloth. Cable and LEDs require manufacturer replacement.

Octo 4240 Pendant — Natural Birch →

Octo 4240 gathers form-pressed birch slats into a rounded pendant with a narrow upper opening. The natural-birch finish makes the repeated grain part of the design. At 68 cm high and 54 cm in diameter, it has a substantial outline while its gaps keep the volume open. It uses an E27 LED source and is intended for indoor installation.
