Song Red — 60 g Pouch
Song Red combines cai cha with jin mudan, huang guanyin, jin guanyin and meizhan from a garden near Songxi, Fujian. Although four are traditionally oolong cultivars, the leaves are fully oxidised in the red-tea style, corresponding to black tea in English. The reviewed harvest was picked in mid-April 2026. Honeydew, maple syrup and orange are the house’s tasting notes, not added ingredients. This is the 60 g pouch. Start with 5 g per 150 ml of water at 205°F, approximately 96°C, for two minutes, then adjust to taste.
