T2’s Anji Bai Cha is an early-spring green tea from Anji in China’s Zhejiang province. Its pale young buds explain the name ‘white tea’, although the tea is processed as a green tea. The cup has a buttery, creamy finish with tasting notes of lightly roasted beans, tender greens and sweet cinnamon. Brew one teaspoon per cup for one to two minutes in 80°C water, and re-infuse the leaves. The 40 g sealed bag sits inside a light-blocking airtight black tin.

French Earl Grey combines black tea, hibiscus, rose and sunflower petals, mallow flowers and flavourings, including 2% bergamot flavouring. This 100 g cube contains loose leaves, with fruity and floral notes around the citrus character associated with Earl Grey. Infuse for 2–3 minutes in freshly boiled water. T2 suggests drinking it without milk and, if desired, adding a slice of lemon. The blend can also be prepared as iced tea. It contains caffeine; store the closed pack in a cool, dry place.
