High Potency Magnesium Bisglycinate · 60 capsules

This 60-capsule bottle contains fully reacted magnesium bisglycinate in a plant-cellulose shell. Two capsules provide 200 mg of elemental magnesium; the larger 1,668 mg figure refers to magnesium and glycine combined, not the elemental mineral alone. The current formulation contains no other form of magnesium. Viridian's adult directions are one or two capsules with food each day. Keep the bottle in a cool, dry place away from children and follow the label's intake limit; a supplement does not replace a varied diet.
