Get to know De La Espada.
De La Espada’s collection is organised around furniture, wood, materials and the designers who shape individual collections. The Solo series brings those concerns together through warm modern forms, softened edges and carefully resolved details. Its cabinets add practical organisation to that language, from cable management to adjustable shelves and optional internal accessories.
Official history
Fatima De La Espada and Luis De Oliveira founded De La Espada in 1993. Its first London shop followed in 1996. The brand combines contemporary design with furniture making at its production facility on Portugal’s Silver Coast, keeping British commercial roots and Portuguese manufacture distinct.

Solo makes storage feel like part of the room’s architecture. Brass handles provide a small tactile contrast to the wood, while the low, wide format leaves room for objects above.
