Get to know HARIO.
Hiromu Shibata established a laboratory-glass factory in Tokyo in 1921. HARIO later brought that knowledge into household coffee equipment, including the Hiromu 50 siphon in 1948 and the V60 dripper in 2005. The collection’s interest lies in how an ordinary drink becomes a sequence of legible gestures: measure, pour, steep and release. Glass is central to the history, but ceramics and other materials also serve particular uses. HARIO Europe is a later subsidiary, distinct from the brand’s Japanese origin.
