Jono Pandolfi starts with those ordinary demands, giving this model an angled handle and slightly thicker walls than its coffee and espresso cups. The studio describes coating the inside with a foot-powered glaze pump before dipping the outer face by hand. Persimmon places a bright glaze against dark brown stoneware, leaving each piece with small differences.
